- 1 litre Fresh milk
- ½ cup Rice (soak in water)
- 20 to 25 Almond
- 6 Cardamom (ground with sugar)
- 250 grams Khoya
- 2 cup Sugar
- ½ tin Condensed milk
- 10 Pistachio
- Silver paper for garnish
Directions
- In a saucepan heat1 liter milk with cardamom ,a low flame. When it starts to turn brown in colour, crush the rice and add it with ½ tin condensed milk.
- Now stir it and add 2cups of sugar with half of the almonds. When the milk starts to thicken, pour it into a bowl and mix khoya after cooling.
- Garnish with blanched almonds, pistachios and silver paper.
