Badami Kheer

Ingredients
  • 1 litre Fresh milk
  • ½ cup Rice (soak in water)
  • 20 to 25 Almond
  • 6 Cardamom (ground with sugar)
  • 250 grams Khoya
  • 2 cup Sugar
  • ½ tin Condensed milk
  • 10 Pistachio
  • Silver paper for garnish
Directions
  1. In a saucepan heat1 liter milk with cardamom ,a low flame. When it starts to turn brown in colour, crush the rice and add it with ½ tin condensed milk.
  2. Now stir it and add 2cups of sugar with half of the almonds. When the milk starts to thicken, pour it into a bowl and mix khoya after cooling.
  3. Garnish with blanched almonds, pistachios and silver paper.
