I have a new review for you all today and it is the Freedom Makeup 'Far Away' lipstick collection. Freedom Makeup are a branch from Makeup Revolution and they are similar prices. These were some of the first releases from Freedom and as soon as I saw these, I knew I had to have them! They are so different and fun. Also, the names are all Star Wars themed so if you're a Star Wars fan, you may like these.
So, we'll go from left to right for the shade range. We have: Far Away, Sky-Walker, Storm-Trooper, The Sith and Space Luxe. All of them, except from Storm-Trooper which is the white shade, are metallic and I think they would look great over the top of other lipsticks to add a little extra fun. These are not the most opaque lipsticks but they are easily build-able which is always nice. I would use the white to lighten lipsticks, the gold and silver over other lipsticks for a little something extra and I would wear the dark grey and blue/purple shade on their own as well as over other lipsticks. I love the metallic colours and I don't have any other colours like this and they are a great addition to my collection.
The formula on these is really lovely, they apply really smoothly. Again, there are not the most pigmented but they do build easily to get a great colour pay-off. There are definitely more for a fun and to make an impact. I love having these as part of my collection and they make a great addition. The price is amazing, £1 for a lipstick and £5 for the set which is brilliant! I think any lipstick lover will love these and they are really fun!
