DETROIT LAKES, Minn. (KMSP) - It appears Justin Bieber spent a little time on the water up north over the weekend before his Sunday night concert in Minneapolis.
A YouTube clip shows the pop star wakeboarding (with what appears to be an electric wakeboard, unless he let go of the rope and surfed to the dock on his own) on Big Detroit Lake in Detroit Lakes, Minn. on June 17, screaming fans swooning and Snapchatting the event.
