Just last week Canadian pop star Justin Bieber brought his fiancee, model Hailey Baldwin, back home to Ontario to visit with the singer's family. Originally from a small town called Stratford, the Biebs is known to pop up in the city from time to time.

While the couple were spotted back in America after their weekend back in Canada, Bieber's step-mom went into labour and delivered the newest sibling into the family. Bay Beiber was born on August 16, making her only three days old as of today.
@justinbieberThe special occasion got the singer back to Canada much sooner than usual, with both Bieber and Baldwin being spotted around Stratford again this weekend.

Locals were quick to grab photos with the singer at the local mall, the Stratford Festival Marketplace. The singer and model posed with fans of all ages throughout the parking lot and shopping centre. They were also seen chatting and sipping on some Tim Horton's coffee.

While the shopping centre is found on the east end of the city, the recently engaged couple was also spotted in the downtown core. They were walking along Downie Street by the Avon Theatre, where Bieber actually used to busk on the steps.

While locals are used to seeing the singer around town during the holidays, the exciting new addition to the Bieber family has had Justin and Hailey in town more than usual.
By marrying Baldwin and starting his own family maybe it will inspire the singer to head back to Canada more often.
